TEMI presentation at Chiba University (Japan)
Within a talk about current trends in reform in German science education in times after TIMSS and PISA, Ingo Eilks (TEMI partner from Bremen, Germany) presented different reform initiatives from the German and EU contexts. Among these initiatives was TEMI. Ingo Eilks reported about the TEMI goals and teaching philosophy. The presentation was illustrated by the Magic Sand Mystery. The Magic Sand Mystery was jointly worked out by the Weizmann Institut of Science and the University of Bremen TEMI partners.
