TEMI legacy in Austria
TEMI Austria started a TEMIfollow-up workshop already in March 2016.
‘Mysteries in Practice’ (MiP) is a continuing professional development course and aims to establish a Community of Practice regarding inquiry-based learning in chemistry education.
Four times per semester, the UNIVIE-team works together with former Austrian TEMI teachers. The intentions of the meetings are theoretical deepening on the on hand and the planning and implementation of as well as the reflection on inquiry-based learning on the other hand.
MiP offers the teachers the opportunity to extend their professional knowledge and to share materials, ideas and experiences with motivated colleagues in a friendly and appreciative atmosphere.
